The police department received several reports of thefts of yard signs. Between June 24 - 28, several residents had “Black Lives Matter” signs removed from their property. Police are investigating and have identified a person of interest. Please call 911 to report similar incidents. And on July 1, at 4:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Princeton Ave to investigate a burglary. The front door had been forced open, but no one was on the premises. Police are investigating.
