In this two-week period, the ambulance responded to 41 calls for medical assistance to Swarthmore, Rutledge, Morton, Springfield, Ridley, and Nether Providence, for emergencies including: tachycardia, overdose, respiratory difficulty, hemorrhaging, head injury, obstetrical emergency, and seizures.

The fire company responded to two automatic alarms for smoke detector activation; two building alarms; three hazmat calls for gas odor and a carbon monoxide alarm; one car accident; and seven mutual aid calls to Morton-Rutledge, Nether Providence, and Springfield.
