Unscientific Survey: How We’re Doing
We, collectively, are very lucky. The majority of Swarthmorean readers live in a beautiful town with plenty of space, and do not want for material things. And that’s reflected in the results of our latest survey, in which you were asked how you are doing, on a scale of 1 (worst) to 10 (best). The average answer was 7.1, the most popular answer was 8, and nearly three-quarters of you selected 7 or above.
No one chose 1 or 2. But if you are feeling down or despondent or just in need of someone to talk to, you can find a good list of resources on our site. Please check it out.
For our next survey, we’re moving away from the pandemic to politics, specifically to the politics of choosing a vice-presidential candidate on the Democratic side. Do you have a favorite, or a prediction? Please let us know by filling out the survey. Every vote counts!
