Heard about the Sunrise Movement, a youth-led organization fighting to stop climate change? Learn more about the group and its exciting, creative agenda at a panel discussion on Thursday, November 21, at 7:30 p.m. at the Swarthmore Friends Meetinghouse, 10 Whittier Place. 

At this session, Swarthmore College students Gabriel Brossy de Dios ‘21 and Satchel Tsai ‘23 will speak about their involvement with Sunrise Movement, a youth-led movement to stop climate change. They will discuss topics including Sunrise’s theory of social change, the Green New Deal, and how people of all ages can be involved in the fight against climate change and the creation of millions of good, vital jobs in the process. The panel discussion will be followed by a question-and-answer session with members of the audience. All are welcome to attend.
