Mayor Marty Spiegel swore in the newest member of the Swarthmore Borough Police Department, Marc Mattioli. A resident of Ridley Township, Mattioli was hired as a part-time officer. He is a graduate of the Delaware County Municipal Police Academy and is completing a bachelor’s degree at West Chester University.
