Born March 1, 1927 in Philadelphia, Pa., Victoria graduated from Swarthmore High School in 1945, and after attended the Art Institute in Philadelphia.
She moved to Jacksonville, Fla., in 1960 and worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Jacksonville Branch from 1960 to 1988.
Victoria is survived by her children, Victoria Elizabeth Senn and Michael David Bender; four grandchildren, Benjamin, Christopher, Sarah and Micah Henderson; and ten great-grandchildren, Victoria, Lacey, Sophia, Mia, Emily, Mason, Harvey, Bradley, Logan, Caleb, and a baby arriving in October.
Burial services were at Hillside Cemetery on April 16, 2019.
