Kids play ice hockey right and win

To the Editor,

Congratulations to the Strath Haven Panthers elementary school and middle school ice hockey teams for winning their respective league championships in the Delaware County School Hockey League. Both teams showed that you can play the right way and win. On these teams, everyone plays, everyone passes, and everyone has fun.  

Thanks to all the coaches and managers for all of the time they have spent in frozen hockey rinks helping our kids grow as hockey players: Anthony Coschignano, Matt Salerno, Mike Sheehan, Amanda Coschignano, Mike Lehman, Jessica Diamond, Justin Henzel, Geoff Brusstar, Kate Brusstar, and Pete Modesti. Special thanks to Justin Henzel, the president of Strath Haven Ice Hockey, for setting the tone for the entire program.
