Swarthmore Centennial Foundation Shines A Light on Jeannine Osayande
The Swarthmore Centennial Foundation honored Jeannine Osayande when it presented the Shine a Light Award for Social Justice, Equity and Inclusion to her on August 12 during Nights in the Ville! The Shine a Light Award carries a $2,500 cash prize and recognizes “a person or organization who has made Swarthmore a more diverse, inclusive and equitable place to work, learn, do business, or live. The award honors a member of the Swarthmore community who has demonstrated compassion, perseverance, courage and leadership by engaging in the difficult work of fostering human dignity and our common humanity.”

Summer in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom
